Underwhelmed

Can you please let us know when the poll miniature tutorials will be coming up, also, will there be any future polls?

I can't speak for others but for me I am not enjoying watching the 'exclusive' content you have put up so far. I think it is of a lower standard in terms of creativity and diversity than you have done in the past, whilst there are of course little elements of your tools and techniques which are always insightful.

Have you lost interest in this website?

I must say I'm underwhelmed also. But mostly because of the lack of communication. I would love to see tutorials much more often than this and also nothing has happened with the afore mentioned polls.

+1 plus, if im not mistaken wasn't the models he painted ment to be given away or something?

I ask questions and never get an answer. I left one on a video 28days ago and still no answer. I've asked about a tutorial about what equipment and that he uses for some of his things, brands, ect.. never happening.. I don't think I'll resub after my subscription is finished.

The Real Problem is the lack of communication.

No offense, but you started a site for paid users.
You promised raffles, monthly user based tutorials and more - nothing happend since months - If you charge an amount of money for a website-subscription it is probably necessary that you communicate with us, the subscribers.

A few of us have noticed that you had health problems - but not all.

No one would have a problem if you write down a statement on this site or via mail or whatever.

I'd tend to agree, and I have been a huge supporter of Jaro (and again, thank him for all of the knowledge).

I am guessing most people subbed within a month of his starting the site. A majority of material was up for the initial launch, and again a large amount of material went up after the 2+ month absence (see thread: "Absence"), and I have a feeling we'll see a lot more material go up in the month-or-so prior to "decision on whether-or-not to resub time."

I have sent a message off asking about the videos as it seem I am now unable to watch them and was wondering what's going on but if he has health problems I will wait out and see what happens.

If this is the rate of uploads, I do not mind subscribing again, if the price is also lowerd by alot.

Right now I didn't mind the price as I saw it more as a donation for all the work he did before he created this website :).

Let's just wait and see. And I think that if people have general questions about painting, alot of fellow subscribers can help to answer them aswel :).

Exactly - I feel like I am paying now for the videos he did in the past.

I have literally just joined and although i am fine with the amount of videos he has put up especially for the amount he is charging (?22/year is really cheap for something like this, especially if this is his full time job), however is anyone else have problems streaming video's?

The videos are horribly show to load, i mean maybe 1 hour to load a 10min video.

it is much fast to just upload them onto your computer.

I don't understand why he is not using Vimeo for his videos. Then it would stream with no problem and we could download it as well.

He should look into that option ;)

the videos skip and don't fully load for me..... I miss watching all this on youtube.... quality is lacking.

The recents videos are skipping and choppy.
