Airbrush quick release

Hey all!

A few months ago I got a new compressor, and needed a new quick release for my airbrush. A guy gave me the following and it works perfectly. Now I would like to get another set of these 2 items but have no idea what they are called.

Does anyone have an idea?

I meen the 2 giant, kinda ugly looking parts at the bottom that go into the airhose.

I think I should use a smaller one like that indeed... the other one is no where to be found!
