I'm in Toronto, also having trouble. I don't think there is enough bandwidth for the hi-res videos.
I found it easier to download the video and watch it later.
Yup, same. I'm in Norway. Downloading them, but transfering them to my ipad is a hassle, I'd rather just stream.
The product here is kickass, use the intial income to build the best service to provide the product and I think this will be a big success!
yea its the same for me, if i just press play nothing happens but if i press download, it starts streaming (running OS X safari)
Australia, Sydney. Same deal here. I was a day one sub and I sent an email to support about this, but never got a reply.
regards,
James
^ Sydney? me too!
Yeah, im on the download. Its not the fastest but maybe he's on a cheap plan to keep costs down. 40 mins for 700mb video is too slow... lucky there is other things to do!
Bill
I'm from Belgium and I can't say the downloading goes too slow.
I just tested it by downloading the Belial video and it only took me 6min for 568mb.
Ok, it's not newsgroup-speed but I think it's pretty decent!
Grts,
Nico
Wow... your so lucky.
I'm on an ADSL2+ plan unlimited and its still going super slow.
800mb 45mins... :(
oh well...
I've always said Australia is well below the internet speed standard for the Europe.
Maybe in the future Jaro can upgrade the speed!

Jaroslaw,
Please moderate these threads, or at least post of notice showing that you have seen these issues, and are working to resolve them. I have a very high speed connection at home and work, and am unable to stream or download the videos at either location.
why did you leave youtube?! You can post the videos there using private links, and then share on them only on this pay site.
I am in Brisbane, Australia, and initially experienced slow loading time. I solved it by clicking on download in HD, waiting for 2 minutes, and then pressing play. Sometimes I have had to refresh the page once or maximum twice and follow this method but after that no problem. Cheers
I'm in Oz and can't even download them to watch later, they just stop after a while and won't restart.
im in the UK and my downloads are up to 5 MBps, so no problems for me, i dont tend to stream as i move them to my mobile devices for playback later.
im in Austria Vienna at the moment and the videos stream fine. Google Chrome seems to do the stream better than Safari.
I'm downloading 1MB/Sec which is great.
I love you Europe!!!!!
Bill
I am just north/east of Qld, Australia and I can get a clip d/l in about 9/10 mins but streaming is a little slow. But I like to d/l more then stream, I put them onto my ipad and lay back and watch.
