Membrane Compressor

Hello, I remember in one of your videos you mentioned that you used a membrane compressor for a long time and it would run for several hours as opposed to a piston compressor which can run for very short amounts of time. I had been using a piston compressor but decided to buy a Membrane compressor instead. However, I find that the membrane compressor is always running instead of only running when I'm actually spraying with my airbrush. Is this normal? It seems to get hot quite quickly as well. I had to use an adapter due to having a different sized hose, so could there be a leak maybe? Thanks.

Does it have a tank with it? if it has a tank there is something wrong and you might need to return it mate. I hope this helped best of luck.

Hey

compact/mini membrane compressors with airtank is not very common at least to my knowledge? Almost all membrane compressor I have seen does not have a tank and will run all the time.
