Video download issue

Hi,
I've never been able to download video. Anyone has same issue?

S.O.: windows 8.1
browser: google chrome/internet explorer

1) Click "Download in HD"
2) Browser opens new window with HD movie embbed in it
3) Right Click the embedded movie.
4) Press "Save video as..."
5) Select place to save the file
6) ?????
7) Profit!
