Many of the subscribers have voiced their disappointment in the forums. All of the posts have been respectful, have raise valid problems and are well written.

I hope you see this is a great sign of our respect for your work, and our desire to see you succeed!

We understand and appreciate what you wanted to accomplish with this site, and we want to support you, but the current problems will prevent many of us from renewing our subscriptions.

Please take a moment to answer the subscribers' valid complaints, and let us know what will be done with wargamingzone in the future. If you are unable to keep up with the original goals of the site, consider scaling back your plans to something you can manage, and charge a smaller fee for your subscriptions.

We all appreciate your work, and want to see your efforts grow.

We've all made that statement in the other thread ("Many Complains"); everyone is very much behind Jaro, but if we keep it to one thread, it will keep all the ideas together.
